Ideal for use as a baby ointment for diaper rash relief, this Aquaphor Healing Ointment is also great for soothing dry, chapped or cracked skin and also helps to prevent chafing. Uniquely formulated with 41% Petrolatum (skin protectant) to allow oxygen to flow, Aquaphor Baby Healing Ointment nourishes and protects baby's skin to enhance healing from skin irritations such as chapped skin from teething and drool rash. Parents can also use the ointment to soften dry hands and cuticles, cracked heels or chapped lips. Aquaphor Baby Healing Ointment is preservative and fragrance free, to suit the sensitive skin of babies. Aquaphor is a pediatrician recommended brand and is a multipurpose solution for your baby's many skincare needs. Each of the ingredients in Aquaphor skin care products are tested and approved for their quality and safety.

When using this product do not get into eyes. Do not use on deep or puncture wounds, animal bites, and serious burns. Stop use and ask a doctor if the condition worsens and symptoms last more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Directions
Apply as needed. For diaper rash, change wet and soiled diapers promptly, cleanse the diaper area, and allow to dry. Apply ointment liberally as often as necessary, with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or anytime when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
